Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PeekCSS website, browser extension, and paid plans. PeekCSS is operated by Leon Grass, an individually-run business based in Switzerland. By using PeekCSS you agree to these terms.

The service

PeekCSS is a browser extension for inspecting CSS, colors, fonts and assets on web pages. The Free tier is provided at no cost. Pro and Lifetime plans unlock additional features as described on the pricing page. (The Ultimate/AI tier is not yet available.)

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license token secure. A license token unlocks paid features and should not be shared publicly. You may use social sign-in (Google or GitHub) where offered.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account or the Paddle billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown on the pricing page; applicable VAT or sales tax is added by Paddle at checkout.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent tier gating or license validation.
• Do not resell or redistribute the extension or license tokens.
• Do not use PeekCSS to violate the rights of website owners or third parties.

Warranty and liability

PeekCSS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swiss law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
