Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PeekCSS. If it isn’t working out, we offer a straightforward refund.

14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase — subscription or Lifetime — no questions asked. This also aligns with the EU/Swiss right of withdrawal for consumers.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the “Manage billing” portal on your account page. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

After 14 days

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; the current period is not pro-rated. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.
